We’re so excited you’re considering booking your first appointment with us. At The Divine Look, we pride ourselves on delivering superior quality, unmatched efficiency, and client education that empowers you to love and maintain your Sisterlocks®, Microlocks, or natural hair journey.
To make sure your experience is seamless, here’s what you can expect as a first-time client:
1. Booking Your Appointment
We want to ensure every new client is matched with the right stylist and service time.
For this reason, first-time appointments cannot be self-booked online. Instead, please complete our New Client Intake Form on our website. Once submitted, a member of our team will personally reach out to schedule your appointment.
2. Deposit Requirement
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit ($25–$50, depending on the service) is required.
You’ll receive a secure payment link via text or email, with flexible payment options available: Credit/Debit Card
All Installations are serviced at Columbus Location until further notice.
Microlock Installation Package begins at $1,500 for up to 4 inches of hair, $100 each additional inch.
Sisterlock Installation Package begins at $1,800 for up to 4 inches of hair, $100 each additional inch.
Traditional Locks start at $200
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours. Please review our policies carefully:

Cancellations/Reschedules: Provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future appointment if proper notice is given.

No-Shows: Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged the full service price using the card on file.
